Welcome to Viral Bus! At Viral Bus, we believe that fashion should be as mobile and dynamic as you are. We aren’t just another online store; we are a unique women’s clothing brand that brings the boutique experience directly to your doorstep via our signature mobile clothing bus.

Our mission is to make shopping effortless and personal. Whether you want a quick delivery of a favorite piece or a full-blown shopping session at your gate, we’ve got you covered.

1. Serviceable Areas

Currently, the Viral Bus is focusing its journey on providing the best possible service to the Delhi NCR region.

We accept orders and provide doorstep bus delivery only in:

Delhi NCR
Gurugram
Noida
Ghaziabad

Note: If you reside outside these specific locations, please stay tuned! We are working hard to expand our route soon.

2. Choose Your Experience: Delivery Options

We offer two ways to get your fashion fix, depending on how you like to shop:

Option A: The Full "Viral Bus" Home Visit

Charge: Flat ₹499
The Experience: This is for the ultimate fashionista. When you choose this option, the entire Viral Bus comes to your home. You can explore our latest collections, try on multiple outfits in our private fitting room, and enjoy a personalized shopping experience right at your doorstep.

Option B: Standard Product Delivery

Charge: Flat ₹199
The Experience: If you’ve already eyed a specific piece (or 2-3 items) on our website and just want them delivered, this is for you. We will bring your selected items to you within our standard delivery window.

3. Delivery Timeline

We strive to get the Viral Bus (or your package) to you as quickly as possible.

Standard Timeline: For most orders within our serviceable areas, we aim to reach you within 48 hours.
High Demand Periods: During peak seasons, festive rushes, or unavoidable delays (like heavy rain or traffic), delivery may take between 7 to 14 working days.

4. Shipping & Service Charges (Important)

To maintain our unique mobile boutique service, the following rules apply:

Non-Refundable: Please note that the delivery charge (₹499 for a Bus Visit or ₹199 for Standard Delivery) is a service fee. This amount is non-refundable, even if you decide to return the products or cancel the order after the bus has been dispatched.
Transparent Pricing: There are no hidden costs. You pay the product price plus the chosen delivery fee.

5. Potential Delays

While we aim for 48-hour delivery, sometimes "Delhi Traffic" or weather has other plans. Viral Bus is not responsible for delays caused by:

Extreme weather or heavy monsoon rains.
Unforeseen traffic or road closures in the NCR region.
Incorrect contact details (Please ensure your phone is reachable so we can coordinate the bus arrival!).

6. Returns & Refund Shipping Rules

We want you to love what you wear. If a product doesn't meet your expectations:

Product Refunds: If eligible, the refund for the product amount will be processed after the item passes our quality inspection.
Service Fee: As mentioned, the delivery/bus visit fee is not included in the refund.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically initiated within a few working days of the return approval.
