However, we understand that sometimes things might not go exactly as planned. Whether it’s a fit that isn’t quite right or a rare manufacturing hiccup, we are here to make the return process as smooth as our ride to your home.
This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience in Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, and Ghaziabad.
1. Our "Happy Wardrobe" Eligibility
We take great pride in the quality of the clothes we carry on the Viral Bus. To maintain fairness for all our customers, refunds and returns are applicable only in the following valid cases:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you notice a tear, stain, or manufacturing defect that we missed during the hand-picked delivery.

Wrong Item Delivered: In the rare event that the item you received isn't what you selected from the bus.

Size & Fit Issues: If the garment doesn't fit you as expected (provided it meets the "Condition of Items" criteria below).
2. The Return Request Window
Because we operate a fast-moving mobile boutique with a 48-hour delivery promise, we need to keep our inventory updated.
Important: Please raise a return or exchange request within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
Any requests made after this 48-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund. We encourage you to try on your fabulous new finds as soon as the Viral Bus leaves your doorstep!
3. Condition of Items for Return
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned in the same "fresh-off-the-rack" condition they were in when they left the bus. This means:

Unused & Unwashed: The item must not have been worn (except for trying it on) or laundered.

Tags Intact: All original brand tags and labels must be attached to the garment.

Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original Viral Bus packaging if possible.
Note: Items that smell of perfume, smoke, or show signs of wear/makeup stains will not be accepted for return.
4. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges
To bring the entire shopping mall experience to your doorstep, we charge a flat delivery fee of ₹249 on every order.
This fee covers the logistics, fuel, and personalized service of bringing the Viral Bus to your specific location. Please note that this ₹249 delivery charge is non-refundable, even if the product is returned or a refund is issued for the garment.
5. Exchange: A Faster Way to Fashion!
Love the style but need a different size? We highly recommend the Exchange Option.
If you'd like to swap your item for a different size or a different design of the same value, just let us know! We will schedule a visit from the Viral Bus (subject to availability in your area) to swap the item for you. This is often faster than waiting for a refund to process!
6. How the Refund Process Works
If an exchange isn't what you're looking for and your return is approved, here is how we get your money back to you:

Request: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours.

Pickup: Once your request is validated, we will arrange a pickup from your address in Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, or Ghaziabad.

Inspection: Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards (unused, tags on).

Approval: Once approved, we initiate the refund immediately.
Mode of Refund
Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method.

If you paid via UPI (GPay/PhonePe), the refund will go back to that account.

If you paid via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be reversed through our payment gateway.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the amount directly.
7. Refund Timeline
We know you value your money, and we value your patience!
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund amount (excluding the ₹249 delivery fee) will be credited to your account within 7–14 working days.
Please note: The exact timing can sometimes depend on your bank’s processing cycles.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind immediately after placing an order, please contact us before the Viral Bus leaves for your location.

Before Dispatch: If you cancel before the bus is on its way, we will refund the full amount including the delivery fee.

After Dispatch: If the bus is already en route to your doorstep, the ₹249 delivery charge will apply.
